Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • All seals, labels, and protective films must be intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Beauty, Skincare & Facial Care Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, and facial care products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Skincare products

  • Serums, creams, masks

  • Facial tools that come into direct contact with skin

Electronic Facial Devices

Electronic facial devices are eligible for return only if:

  • They are unused

  • Returned in original packaging with all accessories included

Once an electronic device has been opened, used, or powered on, it becomes non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance or promotional events are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective.
